Cecile is a Holistic Wellness Consultant who has dedicated her life to decolonizing wellness practices. She moved from America to Africa to learn and build indigenous wellness practices that honor the body, mind, and spirit. Cecile's approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that true healing comes from reconnecting with our ancestral wisdom and traditions. With Cecile's guidance, you can embark on a journey towards holistic wellness that is both empowering and transformative.

The Reparations and Earth Restoration Initiative is a plan and a promise to reclaim, restore and repay land access, stewardship and ownership among Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and other marginalized communities throughout the Portland Metro area.

Plants are our oldest ancestors. We should look to them to teach us how to be, how to trust and restore our intuition. I like to call upon the mighty Cedar tree when I need to remember how to allow folks to have their truth at the same time as I stand unwaveringly in mine.
It has become a very important part of my practice to bring an offering to my plantcestors. Everything from a prayer to tobacco that I grow myself.
Afro-Indigenous medicine making practice including but not limited •infused honey•oxymels •tinctures•tea blends•smoking blends•plant meditations
I grow most of my own medicine too! 100% organically grown. If I work with any medicine I didn’t personally grow, I know the person who did. I ensure they are local and Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC)
This ensures the highest quality of healing because we are the truest tenders of these lands. Click the button below and let me know what your interested in soothing with plant medicine.

Tarot & Astrology (shadow work)
I like to use tarot, astrology and herbs as tools for intuition restoration.
We often suppress or second guess our gut instinct especially when we are out of balance.
Using tarot, astrology and herbs are one way we can restore balance and trust within ourselves.
I see that lack of inner trust as an opportunity to get to know our shadow. The shadow is in charge of our gut instinct (lower brain), denial of the shadow can hinder your intuitive spirit.
I leverage ancestral knowledge & a close relationship with God to help you see what you already knew.
